Reverse curriculum — project overview

Service concept / A different way to make professional experience visible.

01 / THE BRIEF

Make experience easier to understand and verify.

The brief focuses on a difficulty faced by micro and small businesses: identifying suitable candidates when information in online CVs can be hard to verify.

The proposed service lets people publish their experience and invite companies to confirm skills. The design explores how both sides could participate in a clearer hiring process.

THE DESIGN PRINCIPLE

Make skills visible.
Make trust part of the journey.

02 / DESIGN DECISIONS

From the problem to the experience.

01

Define the right question

How-might-we exercises turn a broad recruitment problem into focused design opportunities.

02

Design for two sides

The concept considers both the person presenting their CV and the company confirming experience.

03

Explain the trust mechanism

The interface proposal centres on readable profiles and understandable confirmation steps.

03 / FROM RESEARCH TO INTERFACE

Inside the process.

Original research and design boards from the case study.
